Return Policies

Items may be returned, at consumers cost, within 10 days of shipment. After 10 days, sales are considered FINAL. Sale of all SALES merchandise is considered FINAL after initial purchase. Due to the nature of our products, all products must be unwashed, unused, and in original packaging in order to be returned. Under these circumstances, you will be issued a full refund, minus the cost of shipping and a 10% restocking fee. *NO EXCEPTIONS*

Before returning any purchases to us, please notify us beforehand so that we can know what to expect.

Privacy Policies

At Tini Bottoms, we have the utmost respect for your privacy. Any and ALL information you provide us with will be used to process and ship your order as soon as possible. Your information will not be sold, rented, loaned, or disclosed at any time to any other party or parties. Should you have any questions regarding this information, please contact us.

Sales Tax

No sales tax is assessed on orders shipping outside the state of Florida. A 6.5% sales tax is assessed on orders shipping within the state of Florida.

Product Availability

We strive to keep all products available to you; However, if for some reason you order and an item is not in stock, we will contact you immediately, Monday through Friday (9am-5pm) at which time you can choose to proceed with your order, altar your order, or cancel your order. If we have not heard from you within a 24 hour period, all products in stock will be shipped to you, and out of stock merchandise will be “backordered,” and we will keep you informed of the status of that item(s).

Shipping

All US orders of $39 or more ship FREE! All other orders are shipped Priority at a Flat Rate of $3.50 for US orders and $12 for Canadian orders. We are not responsible for any packages once they are shipped. We do include shipping confirmation with all shipments. If you would like Signature Confirmation, please let us know before placing your order and we will add it for an additional fee.

We try to ship every order placed before 2:00pm the same day! We will notify you if for some reason we are unable to ship your order within 48 hours. Possible delays may occur around major holidays.

*PLEASE NOTE* We are NOT permitted to ship any Mother-ease, bumGenius or Thirsties products to Canada via company policy! Thank you for understanding! If you have any questions regarding this matter, please feel free to contact us!
